  • 9 Bedrooms - 7 upstairs and 2 downstairs

  • Essentials (towels, bed linens, pillows, soap/shampoo).

  • Breakfast is optional with added cost if prearranged.

  • Space heaters, A/C and fans in each room.

  • Free parking which can accommodate RVs and trailers.

House Rules

  • No smoking.

  • No pets.  Horses, or other animals transported in trailers are fine.

  • Children under 10 years of age not recommended (during cold months) for safety reasons, as the hotel utilizes wall heaters that can burn hands if touched.

  • Historic property is not handicapped friendly, as most guests must climb stairs.  However, we do have one guest room on ground floor.

  • Parties, groups and events are encouraged.

  • Owners will attempt to accommodate special lodging or food requests with 48 hour notice.

  • Washer/dryer.

  • Dishes, glasses and silverware.

  • Deck, stone patio, back yard, fire pit.

  • Social games (darts, horseshoes, bean bag toss).

  • Single rooms are $100 per night ($113 with tax).

  • No minimum stay required.

  • Cash, checks and credit cards accepted.

  • The Branding Iron Saloon across the street from the Hotel serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Monday-Saturday.

  • Guests are welcome to check with Orin, the owner of the Saloon, to confirm which days and times they are serving meals.

Rent The Entire Hotel

Rent An Additional Hotel

Our Hotel is a sister to another Hotel in Pritchett called The Coulter Hotel.  Both Hotels have rooms available and both can be booked for additional capacity if needed.
